At the south west coast of the Peloponnesos, in the Messina county and 4 kms from the city Kyparissia, a beautiful and new country house is for sale.  The house is situated on a height of 170 meters and 3 kms from sea, with good roads and good transportation facilities, like bus and taxi, to the property.  The country house belongs to the second line of the village Stassio.

Kyparissia and its well known regional hospital is 4 kms from Stassio. Kyparissia is a city of 7000 citizens and with all supplies for a daily living. In the Kyparissia area there is 30 km of coast line with public and private beaches.

      
Kyparissia is the centre of many ancient places, like the archaeological site of Peristeria (10km), ancient Messinia (Ithome) in Mavromati (42km), the ancient Figaleia and the Doric temple of (Epikouriou) Apollo (50km), ancient Olympia which is the birthplace of the Olympics (57 km), and 62 kms away the ancient Palace of Nestor, one of the most important and best kept monuments of Mycenaean Greece.

This area expresses itself by kms sparsely populated coastline, a relaxed and easy way of living, good roads to Athens and Kalamata, friendly and hospital locals, an impressive calm and tranquil natural environment and colourful panoramic views over the sea, mountains and agricultural areas.
